International Shipping

 Zooomberg is happy to provide it's customers with international shipping service. We ship to any part of the World.

Delivery time:

Before we can ship your order, Zooomberg has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time.

Estimated delivery time for international shipping outside India is approximately 25 - 30 working days, unless otherwise mentioned in the table below.

We understand that our customer satisfaction is of prime importance, which is why we try to give you the best shipping rates. Shipping Rates are as follows:

Please Note: Our shipping rates are flat rates irrespective of the package weight.

There might be extra customs duty which you may have to pay at the time of receiving the parcel depending upon the customs rules and regulations of your country, which is out of our control.

Payments:

We only process prepaid orders for International Shipping. You can pay through your Credit or Debit card or Internet Banking at the time of Checkout.

You can even pay us via PayPal. You need to select the Payment option as COD at the time of checkout and complete your order. After that you can pay via PayPal by sending the money to info@zooomberg.com || You can even notify us once you placed your order and we'll send you link which will help you complete your payment.

IMPORTANT: There is no option of Cash on Delivery (CoD) for overseas customers / customers outside India. Only pre-paid orders would be processed.

Returns (in case of INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING):

You can choose to return the product up to 7 days from the date you receive the order by writing to us at helpdesk@zooomberg.com.

The customer would have to bear the shipping charges for delivery and return.

NOTE: 

  1. Items must be received unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition
  2. In general, you will get the refund in 10-12 business days after we receive your returns. You will not get a full refund for your return if it was detected of obvious damages, so please be sure all the items are in good condition before you send them back.
  3. Declare the value of the package at: US$5.00
  4. Please do not forget to send the return receipt such as the return tracking number and the return tracking link on helpdesk@zooomberg.com. You will get this receipt from the shipping service you have sent your parcel through.

Refund (in case of INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING):

Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of condition of the returns shipment sent by you and products inside the packaging. We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

Zooomberg will complete the refund in 10-12 business days after receiving your returns and verification.
