Is it compulsory to register or sign in to place an order on zooomberg.com?

No, there is no such compulsion, however, we highly recommend you to register / sign up as that makes it easy for you to track your orders and most importantly, save your precious time by saving some of the basic information like addresses and contact details for future purchases on zooomberg.com

How do I register or sign in on zooomberg.com?

Registering on zooomberg.com is very simple and would not take more than 2 minutes.

Register on site:

a)      If New Customer: Click on the “My Account Icon” on the top right of the page (besides search icon) and select the option of Sign Up at the bottom.

b)     If already registered: Click on the “My Account Icon” on the top right of the page (besides search icon) and enter your registered email id and password.

Once registered, you could always enjoy a completely hassle free shopping experience through your registered email id.

How do I place order and how do I know if the order is confirmed?

Ordering products on zooomberg.com is easy.

  • View product(s), select product(s), Add to Cart, Checkout, enter Billing & Shipping Address, Make Payment and click on Complete my Purchase at the bottom.
  • Once the order is placed, a confirmation page will appear on screen and simultaneously you shall also receive a confirmation email with the order no.

Can I order multiple products at a time?

As many as you wish.

Please add all the selected products to the cart and then checkout. By doing this, all the products you wish to buy could be bought in a single transaction.

Can I leave the products in the cart and purchase in future?

Yes, you can, however, the price and the availability of the products in the shopping bag are shown on real time basis. Therefore, there might be a possibility that the availability or price of the product might change from the time you added the products to the shopping bag. 

 What are the payment options available on site?

You can choose to pay for your order by any of the following means:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (CoD)

 What types of cards are accepted on zooomberg.com?

We accept all major Credit / Debit cards (Master, VISA, Discover, Diner, RuPay). We also accept Master & VISA International cards and American Express cards.

The screen timed out while transacting and I did not receive any payment confirmation, but my account got debited?

Sometimes due to weak internet connection or network errors, the screen times out during a transaction. You may not receive a confirmation that the payment has gone through. In such cases, the order placement is considered to be unsuccessful. In such cases, if the money has been debited from your credit card or net banking account, it will be credited back via the same channel in 6-7 working days.

How safe is it to use my credit or debit card on zooomberg.com?

Which locations does zooomberg ship to?

We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. However, there might be a few locations where we may not be able to ship at this point in time. Whether can we ship products to your location or not might not be prompted during the checkout process and so in such cases we shall inform you via email or a call within 2 to 3 working days.

How much time does it take to receive the ordered products?

The standard delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 working days from the time the order is processed. We suggest you read our shipping policy and also read the shipping details on the product page while ordering.

*Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.

How do I track the status of my order / shipment?

You might not be able to track your order until we ship it from our end. Once you place an order, we will process it and the same would be delivered as per the standard delivery time unless there is an exception which we shall communicate via email. Would I have to pay the shipping charges?

A flat rate shipping charge of Rs. 100/- would be applicable for all orders.

How do I cancel my order?

If the order has not been shipped, the same could be cancelled. Please write to us at helpdesk@zooomberg.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid by you (in case of pre-paid orders) would be refunded and should reflect in your account in 3 to 5 working days.

How do I return my order?

You can choose to return the product up to 7 days from the date you receive the order. You would have to inform us within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Also, ensure that the product reaches us within 15 days of it being delivered to you. Any return shipments reaching the website office after 15 days would be returned back to the customer and the cost of which would be deducted from the refund amount.

Return / Exchange process:

There are two methods in which a you can return the product. The details are given below.

  • We can arrange a reverse pick-up for the customer. All that needs to be done is mentioned below:
    1. You have to send us an email at helpdesk@zooomberg.com to get the pick-up arranged.
    2. We shall send you the details of your reverse pick-up within 24-48 hours on your email within 24-48hrs.
    3. You have to keep the package securely packed and ready before the pick-up boy comes to your doorstep. Please remember to place your email id and order number on or inside the package so that we know it's yours when it reaches to us.
    4. We try hard to accept all returns. Returns would be treated as valid only if allseals, labels and barcodes are intact and as long as they're securely packed. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box only.
    5. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, and you shall have to bear for the courier charges.
    6. The reverse pick-up charges would be Rs. 100 per pick-up, which would be deducted from your refund. (refund as per our policy)
  • The customer can even courier the shipment to us by following the steps given below:
    1. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Please also put a note mentioning your order number and your name so that we know that its your package when we receive it.
    2. We try hard to accept all returns. Returns would be treated as valid only if allseals, labels and barcodes are intact and as long as they're securely packed. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box only.
    3. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, and you shall have to bear for the courier charges.

Please note that any requests for return or exchange will be processed only after receiving the package at our warehouse. 

How and when will I receive the refund for the order which I cancelled or returned?

Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of condition of the returns shipment sent by you and products inside the package. We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact

All orders will be refunded through zooomberg store credits which could be used on zooomberg.com for future purchases. The store credits will be issued and sent to your email only once we receive your returns and the same are approved by our Quality Check (QC) department.

On delivery, can I just keep part order and return the remaining products from the order?

We are sorry, but that can’t happen. The courier personnel will be unable to accept such requests. We suggest you accept the order and separately contact our helpdesk to arrange for return of the products that you do not want to keep.
