Seriously. I was, the way Zooomberg functions is quite different from other online retail stores. Now a person who rarely ever shops online for clothes found this amazing hoodie through Instagram. The brand account seemed legit with genuine reviews and features so I thought of giving it a shot. I placed the order and waited. One confirmation email and I heard NOTHING from them. countless calls, messages, and there was no reply. This was around Christmas weekend.
This infuriated me to an extent that I almost was about to lodge a consumer complaint. That very evening they responded that they do not operate on the weekends and my package will be delivered on time (it was the 11th day after ordering). I remained skeptical and requested a cancelation. It wasn't possible from their end. So, I gave up and did not bother.
Cut to the 15th day, I received the parcel and I liked it so much that I agree I overreacted. The quality is fine and the fleece material from within keeps you warm throughout the day. I will order things again and maybe not worry so much next time.
