I have placed an order but cannot log into my account?

There is a chance that you have not created an account, and placed an order with us. In such a case, just go to My Account section; and click forgot password. Use the same email id which you used while placing the order. Once you create the password, your old orders will be combined and you will be able to see them in My Account section.

How much time does it take to receive the ordered products?

Our shipping time is as follows:

For Products Ready in Stock 24-48 Hours.

For Pre-order Products 7-14 Days

For Designer Wear 8-10 Working Days

The shipping time is shown on the product page once you select the available options of size, color etc.

We ship the orders from Mumbai. Once the product is shipped, it takes about 1-5 days for delivery at most of the places in India depending on the distance of your address from Mumbai. We will send you regular shipping notifications on your Whatsapp/SMS/Email as per your choice.

    The screen timed out while transacting and I did not receive any payment confirmation, but my account got debited?

    Sometimes due to weak internet connection or network errors, the screen times out during a transaction. You may not receive a confirmation that the payment has gone through. In such cases, the order placement is considered to be unsuccessful. In such cases, if the money has been debited from your credit card or net banking account, it will be credited back via the same channel in 4-7 working days. If you still have doubts, you may contact us on whatsapp, or our email to confirm with us.

    How do I track the status of my order/shipment?

    Go to the bottom of the page on zooomberg.com and in the My Account section click on Track Order. Alternatively, you can also contact  us for further queries at whatsapp or helpdesk@zooomberg.com

    How do I cancel my order?

    Order once placed can be canceled only within 24hrs. Please write to us at helpdesk@zooomberg.com, or whatsapp us for cancellation.

    Restocking & Size Availability

    We will try our best to get the products back in stock with the required sizes. However, we cannot assure you with the time period of restocking of the products. You can always check on our website, social media pages for updates regarding restocking of the products.
